Cancellation Policy
Nomi uses an opt-in subscription model. When you subscribe, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis (at the interval you select, currently monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. When you cancel, your account will maintain it’s subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. When your subscription expires, your account will be downgraded.
You are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription through the platform where you initially purchased it. Cancellation must be completed prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Refunds are not provided for unused time, partial months, or dissatisfaction with the service, as outlined in Section 13 of our Terms of Service. NOTE: Deleting an app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Cancellation Workflows
Cancelling a Web-Based Subscription
If you purchased your subscription directly through the Nomi website (on a computer or mobile browser), follow these steps to cancel:

Press the Profile icon at the bottom of your Nomi home screen, then select the Subscription tab in the navigation menu.
- Press the Manage Subscription button, then scroll down and press the Cancel Subscription button and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Note: If at the Manage Subscription step, you see a message stating you need to cancel via an app, you will need to use the corresponding app cancellation instructions below.
Cancelling a Google Play Store Subscription
If you subscribed via the Google Play Store on your Android device, there are two ways to cancel:
1. From the Nomi app:

Open your Nomi app

Press the Profile icon at the bottom of your Nomi home screen, then select the Subscription tab in the navigation menu

Press the Manage Subscription button, then scroll down and press the Cancel Subscription button and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
2. From your device:

Open the Google Play Store app (not the Nomi app)
- Make sure you are logged into the correct Play Store account

Tap your profile icon (top right)

Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

Tap your Nomi subscription

Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts

Cancelling an Apple App Store Subscription
1. From the Nomi app:

Open your Nomi app

Press the Profile icon at the bottom of your Nomi home screen, then select the Subscription tab in the navigation menu

Press the Manage Subscription button, then scroll down and press the Cancel Subscription button and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
2. From your device:

Open your device’s Settings app (not the Nomi app)

Tap your Apple ID name at the top

Select Subscriptions

Tap the Nomi subscription

Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

Troubleshooting:
Please make sure you are logged into the correct iCloud or Play Store account when managing an app subscription.
You must cancel your subscription from the platform where you created it. If you see a message on your Nomi subscription page saying you need to use a web browser or app to manage your subscription, that means you need to switch to that device/platform to update or cancel your subscription.
If you have canceled your subscription but are still able to access paid features, this likely means that your current subscription period has not ended yet.
