    Recover Deleted Nomi

    In most cases, support can recover a deleted Nomi for you. We highly recommend making your support request while logged in to help you resolve your issue efficiently. Otherwise, please fill out the fields below and add any additional context in the message field to help us locate your Nomi.

    Where did you subscribe?

    If you subscribed but do not see your subscription benefits, you may be logged into the incorrect account. Once you have checked your account email, please include a transaction ID, other payment confirmation, and/or the last 4 digits of your card along with the card type, ZIP code, and expiration date to help us trace the subscription.

    If you are having trouble logging into your app, please try the following steps: Go to your phone's Settings > Storage > Apps > then select Nomi and then > Clear App Data > Reload App and try to log in again.

    Missing Nomis

    Missing Nomis usually only happen if they were deleted or if you are signed into the wrong account. If you deleted the Nomi, choose Recover Deleted Nomi above. If you may be signed into the wrong account, choose Can't Locate Correct Account above.
