What’s your refund policy?
At this time, customers are not eligible for refunds due to buyers remorse, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction. From time to time, Nomi.ai may offer a partial or full refund at its sole discretion. If you have an issue, you may contact us at support@nomi.ai.
What’s your downgrading policy?
Downgrading your subscription plan may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of your account, for which Nomi.ai shall have no liability.
At this time, downgrading your account to the free tier does not remove any Nomis from your account nor does it block chatting with any Nomis in one-on-one conversations. However, paid features such as group chats, video creation, voice messaging and calls will become read-only.
At this time, no existing content (group chats, generated images or videos, generated voice messages) will be removed, but Nomi.ai does not guarantee preservation of content if an account has been downgraded.
Refund Policy
Except as specifically stated in our Terms, all payments are nonrefundable. Nomi.ai does not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction.
At this time, Nomi.ai does not offer refunds or credit for partial months of service, plan downgrades, or refunds for time unused if you elect to close your account before the end of your subscription period, or in the event of the termination of your account.
